Lady Gaga has done something that no other musician has ever done.  Over the weekend she became the first artist to reach one billion views on YouTube.  But Justin Bieber is hot on her tail, and he should also cross the billion-view mark by early November.  In other Gaga news, Elton John confirmed that the two will duet on a song titled “Hello, Hello.”  The tune will appear in the upcoming animated Disney film, “Gnomeo & Juliet.”

Though most albums come out on Tuesdays, Taylor Swift is releasing her new one today.  “Speak Now” features the hit single “Mine,” as well as the Kanye West-inspired “Innocent” and “Dear John,” which is rumored to be about John Mayer.  Taylor’s last album, “Fearless,” has sold 6 million copies in the US alone, and some industry experts predict “Speak Now” could be the first album to sell a million copies in its first week since Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter III” in 2008.
