A Hanukkah Jewbelation: Fun Ways To Celebrate The 8 Crazy Nights

Who says Jews can't have any fun this holiday season? If your office building is anything like mine, its most likely decked to the nines with Christmas trees, Chirstmas lights, wreaths, the music, there's even mistletoe! I'm not trying to be a Christmas grinch as this decor certainly adds a little livelihood to an otherwise lackluster office space, but what about the Jews!? This year, we do have a small menorah, so indistinguishable from the ornate decoration surrounding it, that, while it is a nice touch, its hard not to feel a little left out.So I've come up with a few ways to spice things up Hannukah style. This morning in AMNY, there was a great article called Festivities of Lights with different places for people to celebrate. Ive added a few myself, and together, you really cant go wrong. Check out the below for all of the local happenings and whether you want to join in the Jewbelation Beer Tasting at Whole Foods or Menorah Hora at The Highline, the sky's the limit. So enjoy and Happy Hanukkah to All, but before you do, please watch this amazing music video compliments of The Maccabeats..seriously the best thing I've seen in a while.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSJCSR4MuhU
