I don't know about you, but Charlie Sheen is slowly becoming one of my heroes. In his latest attempt to cover up the fact that he is a full blown alcohol fueled and cocaine driven man-beast, (both of which are not the reasons why he's my hero, it's because of the fact that he has the cojones to pretend to the world otherwise) Sheen has announced the resurrection of his classic 1989 film Major League in which Sheen played the character Rick "Wild Thing" Vaughn. Sheen who is the real life wild-thing personified, reportedly had this light-bulb of a moment after assembling some of the cast and crew over to his casa for a  screening party last weekend. For those of you who for some strange reason are unaware of this gem of cinematic genius, here's a quick recap for you; Major League is a comedy about the owner of the Cleveland Indians attempting to field the worst team possible so they’ll finish dead last so she can move the team to Florida. When Sheen the Wild Thing and Co. get wind of this plan, they swiftly make some moves that lands them in World Series. It's a heart-warming tale, with a 'anything is possible if you really put your mind to it' attitude. Of course Sheen never really let go of his inner wild-child, and unfortunately (or fortunately whichever way you look at it,) for us another rendition is now in the works. Will this C. Sheen dream actually come to fruition? Chances are highly unlikely. Wouldn't a documentary or a Day In The Life  seem far more engaging? I'd think so. But for now, we'll just wait to see what happens next.
